terms of service

some basic guidelines that I set regarding my commissions that I expect you, the buyer, to follow. if not: I have the right to refuse service to you. failure to comply may result in me blocking you on my social media and/or from ever commissioning me again. just don't be an ass and we won't have a problem :).
these are subject to change!

things to know before placing an order:

or through email @[email protected] if you're interested in commissioning meall backgrounds will be a plain, single color. complex backgrounds will be an extra $10 and a reference(s) is needed.while not required, poses and references (especially if you're commissioning an oc) would be greatly appreciated! even something like a sloppy sketch would help. it's just so i can get an idea of what you're wanting so i can make this best fit your expectations.once payment is received, a wip will be started and sent to you to confirm it and make any changes. after that, i will start on the lineart. the lineart will be sent to you to confirm and make changes to once again. after this, i won't be accepting anymore changes. you are welcome to check in and see how the work is coming along, but i will ask beforehand if you'd like to see.finished work will be sent to you either through twitter/discord dms, or an email as a .png.

  • realism (price may vary)

  • pets (price may vary)

  • robots (depending on complexity, i might refuse)

  • twitch emotes, youtube thumbnails, etc. (please contact me if interested! these will have different rates!)

WON'T DRAW

  • pedophilia, zoophilia, necrophilia, pretty much any -ism, -ic, -ia, -ist, out there

  • incest (implied or not)

  • any hateful/racist content, whether implied or not

  • mechs

  • heavy gore

  • furries (no hate, just not knowledgable enough in that area to cater to you)

cashapp is preferred, but paypal is acceptable!

i do take payment upfront and i won't start the commission until i receive the full amount.turnaround time can range from 2 weeks to a month, depending on the complexity of your commission. this is mostly because of school and personal work.feel free to check in on the progress, but I'll be sending you updates. please be patient and understanding!i am willing to do refunds up to a certain point. however, anything past the base color point i will not give back a full refund. anything before the base color I can refund a percentage (depending on how much I've done).i'll only give back a full refund if i am unable to complete your commission, otherwise I'll only be giving a percentage of it.

please do not use artwork for any commercial use!(if you're interested in twitch emotes, youtube thumbnails, etc. please contact me as they will have different rates.)please don't claim the artwork as your own or try to edit out my watermark. while i am giving ownership to you, i am the one who originally created the artwork.feel free to post to any socials, but please credit me!for the love of all that is holy, please don't use any of my art, commissioned or not, for NFTs.
